Mover/Driver

Overview As a Mover/Driver, you’ll help move and deliver items safely while providing helpful, professional customer service. The role combines hands-on moving work, careful handling, and clear communication with customers and colleagues. Duties Load, unload, carry, and position items, using safe handling practices during heavy lifting. Drive items to their destinations and communicate clearly about delivery progress and handling needs. Assist with tasks, organizing items and preparing them for moving or delivery. Follow appropriate and authorized, safe operating practices. Your impact: Careful handling and timely updates help customers receive their items smoothly and help colleagues coordinate each move. Experience Required: Practical moving skills, safe heavy lifting, clear communication, and a customer-focused approach are important for completing moves and supporting customers. Preferred: Class 5 driving, and previous moving experience can help you contribute across transportation, handling, and preparation tasks. Customer service experience is also an advantage when answering questions and keeping customers informed.
