We handle local moves, long-distance moves, packing, and moving help. Open Positions Mover: $22–$24/hr + tips You're the face of Giga Moving in the customer's home. You'll protect, pack, carry, and load their belongings carefully and efficiently, as part of a crew that takes pride in clean, careful work. What you'll do Arrive on time and in uniform, ready to work as a team Protect floors, doorways, and furniture with pads, wrap, and covers Disassemble and reassemble furniture when needed Pack, carry, and load and unload items safely and carefully Load the truck neatly and securely Communicate politely with customers and keep a calm, professional attitude Leave every home and truck clean and organized Crew Lead / Driver: $26–$30/hr + tips You lead the crew on site and drive the truck. You keep the job organized, safe, and on schedule, and you make sure the customer is taken care of from start to finish. What you'll do Everything a Mover does, plus: Safely drive the moving truck, and complete pre-trip and post-trip checks Walk through the job with the customer at arrival and at completion Direct the crew, plan the load, and keep the job on time Handle paperwork and payment collection at the end of the job, and report any issues to the office Train and set the standard for newer movers What We're Looking For All roles Reliable and punctual. Our customers count on us, and so does your crew. Friendly, respectful, and comfortable working in customers' homes Able to lift and carry heavy items safely as part of a team, and to work on your feet all day, including on stairs and in all weather Team player with a positive, professional attitude 18 years or older Crew Lead / Driver (additional) Valid driver's license Clean driving record Moving or crew-lead experience is preferred. We'll train the right person. Comfortable leading a small crew and talking with customers Nice to have Moving, delivery, warehouse, or customer-service experience Furniture assembly experience No moving experience? That's okay for the Mover role. We train for skill and hire for attitude.
