Position: MoverEmployment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time, Based on SchedulingReports To: Crew Manager / Operations Manager POSITION SUMMARY Phil’s Moving Company LLC is looking for dependable, hardworking, and professional movers to assist customers with local and long-distance moving services. Movers are responsible for safely handling customers’ belongings while providing respectful and professional customer service. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Load and unload furniture, boxes, appliances, and other household items. Safely lift, carry, and transport customer belongings. Protect furniture and property from damage during moves. Follow instructions provided by the Crew Manager. Arrive at assigned job locations on time and ready to work. Maintain professional and respectful behavior around customers and coworkers. Take required job pictures and communicate updates with the Crew Manager. Keep moving equipment and work areas clean and organized. Properly use dollies, straps, moving blankets, and other moving equipment. Assist with packing, unpacking, clean-outs, and other moving-related services when assigned. Obtain and provide the required payment code to the Crew Manager when a job is completed. Immediately report damages, injuries, customer concerns, or other job-site problems to management. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. JOB REQUIREMENTS Must be dependable and punctual. Must be able to perform physical moving work, including lifting and carrying heavy household items safely. Must be willing and able to travel to assigned job locations as required. Must maintain communication with the Crew Manager and management. Must treat customers, coworkers, homes, and belongings with respect. No smoking while working at customer job sites. Must follow company dress, conduct, and safety standards. Must be able to work as part of a moving crew and follow directions. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: On the road
