Studio 126Studio126 is a Denver-based home staging and interior design company looking for a reliable Furniture Mover + Home Staging Support team member to join our growing team. Our moving team helps transform empty homes by transporting furniture, rugs, artwork and décor from our warehouse to properties throughout the Denver area. We're looking for someone hardworking, positive and dependable who understands that moving furniture carefully is just as important as moving it efficiently. What You'll Do Load and unload furniture for home staging installations and removals Safely move sofas, tables, chairs, beds, rugs, artwork and staging accessories Wrap and protect furniture during transportation Help protect walls, floors, doors and other surfaces inside clients' homes Assist with basic furniture assembly and disassembly Help organize and return inventory to the correct locations in our warehouse Keep trucks and moving equipment organized Assist with warehouse organization and occasional inventory projects Follow direction from the Lead Mover and Studio126 design team Communicate immediately if something is damaged, missing or doesn't seem right Who We're Looking For You don't necessarily need years of professional moving experience. We care just as much about character, work ethic and reliability. We're looking for someone who: Shows up when they say they will Communicates clearly Is honest and accountable Works hard without needing constant supervision Handles furniture carefully Respects clients' homes and belongings Can take direction without ego Works well with a small team Maintains a positive attitude during physically demanding days Takes pride in leaving the warehouse better than they found it You must be physically capable of safely lifting and moving furniture throughout the workday. Moving, warehouse, delivery, construction or furniture experience is helpful but not required for the right person. Schedule: Part-time / project-based, with hours varying based on staging projects Location: Denver and surrounding Front Range Compensation: $23 an hour Pay: From $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 32.0 per week Work Location: In person
