Job Overview We are looking for able-bodied movers for both part-time and full-time roles. $18/hr + tips for part time, $23/hr + tips + company incentive bonuses for drivers. Compensation is subject to increase over time! Pay is every Friday. Hours are flexible. Most weeks you can work as much or little as you want. Lots of cool people on our team. We meet in Ellicott City before heading out to jobs. If you are interested in driving, we will ask for a background check and drug testing. Responsibilities Safely lift, carry, and load items of varying sizes and weights with proper technique to prevent injury and damage Use moving equipment such as dollies, straps, and padding to secure items during transport Assist with disassembly and reassembly of furniture as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area before, during, and after moves Communicate clearly with team members and customers to coordinate move details and address any concerns Follow all safety protocols Ensure timely completion of moves while adhering to established schedules and quality standards Experience Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting Good analysis skills for assessing the best approach to handling different types of items and moving scenarios Knowledge of safety procedures related to lifting techniques and equipment use is a plus Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude Join us if you’re ready to bring energy, precision, and professionalism to every move!
