Job Overview As a Mover, you’ll help prepare, move, and handle household and business materials with care. You’ll load and unload shipments, support warehouse operations, and follow safety procedures throughout each job. Responsibilities Pack, move, load, and unload furniture, boxes, and other materials. Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, clamp trucks, cranes, and other material handling equipment when qualified and authorized. Support shipping and receiving, order picking, inventory management, and warehouse distribution. Use RF (radio frequency) scanners to track items and verify orders. Follow safety protocols and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements; use proper manual handling techniques. Your impact: Careful handling and accurate order checks help customers receive their belongings and materials safely and on schedule. Skills Essential: Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling, follow safety procedures, and use basic math for counts and order checks. Preferred: Warehouse experience, including warehouse operations, materials handling, shipping and receiving, inventory management, or order picking. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, clamp trucks, cranes, or other heavy equipment is preferred; operate equipment only when trained and authorized. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus.
