Mounted Forklift Truck Driver Partner - Boise Area Tramcor is a Utah-based transportation company looking for a Mounted Forklift Driver Partner to serve the Boise area. This position offers the stability and support of an established company while giving you the independence to manage your routes, build customer relationships, and take ownership of your day-to-day operation. You'll be the face of Tramcor in the Boise market, working directly with customers and job sites on a regular basis. While you'll have the backing of an established company and a full support team behind you, you'll spend most of your time working independently. The right person will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to get things done without someone looking over their shoulder. We're not looking for someone to simply drive a truck. We're looking for someone who will own the job, take exceptional care of our customers, and help maintain the reputation and relationships that you and Tramcor together work hard to build. We provide the equipment, maintenance support, dispatch assistance, and resources you need. You bring the professionalism, initiative, and commitment to getting the job done right. Position Highlights Primarily local Boise-area deliveries Regular runs to Northern Utah Home most nights Mounted forklift and flatbed work Well-maintained equipment Year-round work Opportunity to work independently while representing a respected company What We're Looking For Valid Class A CDL At least one year of commercial driving experience or experience in a skilled trade (construction, farming, ranching, mechanical, etc.) Self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, hardworking, and safety-minded Ability to work independently and represent yourself and Tramcor professionally Someone who takes pride in their work, equipment, and customer relationships Driving Requirements Clean driving record preferred Driving history will be reviewed as part of the hiring process DUIs, multiple moving violations, following-too-close citations, rear-end collisions, failure-to-yield violations, and distracted driving offenses may be disqualifying Must be able to meet company insurance and FMCSA requirements The Right Fit This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being trusted to do their job, values relationships, and takes pride in providing excellent service.
