Motorcycle Parts Shipping/Receiving Associate

Job Summary As a Motorcycle Parts Shipping/Receiving Associate, you’ll keep parts moving accurately from delivery through storage and order fulfillment. You’ll receive, inspect, stock, pick, pack, and prepare motorcycle parts for shipment while updating inventory and shipment records. Your impact: Accurate, timely order fulfillment helps customers and service teams get the parts they need. This will have multiple job duties which include but not limited to, parts to service ( dispersing parts to the service department for work orders, and filling in at the parts counter.) Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify quantities and documentation, then stock parts in designated locations. Pick, pack, label, and stage orders; load and unload shipments using equipment such as a pallet jack, order picker, or forklift when authorized. Use a warehouse management system (WMS), inventory management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, or AS400 to enter data and track inventory. Support warehouse operations, distribution, and shipping logistics, including applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Maintain organized work areas and follow safe procedures for shipping and receiving. Skills Essential: Basic math, accurate data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to follow shipping, receiving, stocking, packaging, and picking and packing procedures. Essential: Customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and customers. Preferred: Warehouse experience, inventory management, warehouse distribution, logistics, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics. Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, RF (radio frequency) scanners, and MRP (material requirements planning) systems. Preferred: Experience with forklift, pallet jack, or order picker equipment; training or authorization may be required before operation. Pay: $14.00 - $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
