Shift: Monday- Friday (7am - 4pm)

Responsibilities
• Travel to different locations to diagnose service and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
• Perform inspections diagnostics and repairs on heavy-duty equipment in the field.
• Complete routine maintenance and preventative service on engines brakes suspensions electrical systems and other vehicle components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and electrical issues.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable regulations company policies and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate service records inspection reports and repair documentation.
• Identify required parts and materials needed to complete repairs efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with drivers regarding vehicle conditions repair requirements and service recommendations.
• Maintain service vehicle inventory tools and equipment in an organized and safe manner.
• Report non-conforming situations and safety concerns.
• Other duties as assigned by the Shop Supervisor.
Qualifications
• Truck and Coach Technician 310T License.
• Two or more years of relevant hands-on experience post-certification is preferred.
• Solid understanding of diesel engines aftertreatment/electrical diagnostics & air brake systems; experience working on trailers is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time while working in the field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively when required.
