Mobile Trailer Technician Fort Worth, TX Area | Full-Time $32–$36/hr + Bonus Allegiance Fleet Services is looking for an experienced Mobile Trailer Mechanic. We need a trailer tech who can handle a job solo, from the first “what's making that noise” to the final signature.. This position works on the customer site and is end-to-end on all repairs and maintenance. What You'll Do Safely, accurately, and efficiently inspect, diagnose, and repair semi-trailers on-site to minimize client downtime Diagnose and repair brakes, axles, suspension, landing gear, and structural components Troubleshoot electrical, lighting, and ABS systems Weld and fabricate repairs as needed Maximize your efficiency through workflow organization, parts management, and execution of repairs Maintain 100% accuracy and timeliness in daily work order documentation Keep your truck fully stocked, organized, and ready to help you serve customers efficiently Educate clients on preventative trailer maintenance, acting as a trusted advisor for their fleet's health Effectively communicate with both the team and client regarding the fleet status Take rotating emergency calls as needed What You Bring 5+ years of trailer/commercial truck experience Can diagnose and complete repairs independently Welding skills (MIG/flux-core) Reefer experience a plus Class A CDL preferred Why Allegiance ✅ $32–$36/hour + performance bonus ✅ Medical, dental, vision ✅ 401(k) ✅ Tool & boot allowance ✅ Fully stocked service truck — no chasing down equipment Ready to work for a company that gets what techs actually need?
