Responsibilities include: Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial trailers Performing preventive maintenance and routine service work Troubleshooting mechanical and structural trailer issues Completing safety inspections and identifying needed repairs Utilizing company technology and software to document repairs and manage work orders Working from a mobile service vehicle to provide on-site maintenance and repair services Following all company safety policies and compliance standards Delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service What We're Looking For At least 1 year of trailer maintenance or repair experience Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a mobile environment CDL preferred but not required Clean driving record Commitment to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction About Fleet Repair Solutions Fleet Repair Solutions is a family-owned leader in medium- and heavy-duty fleet maintenance and repair.
