Comprehensive Benefits 100% Company Paid (Medical, Dental, Vision, Health, AD&D, STD/LTD, Life Insurance) - FROM DAY 1!!! 3 weeks vacation, 5 wellness days Above average industry wage rates RRSP program Great work life balance Performance Bonus Paid out quarterly Safety Boot &Tool Allowance Family environment and company culture What you will do as a Mobile Reefer Technician: Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical systems, heating and refrigeration systems Repair and maintain Trailcon & customer equipment PM services for all units when required Assist with maintenance of the mobile service unit Inventory replenishment and control Perform customer service functions including diagnosis and recommendations, and provide advise on repairs and estimates for same where required Enter and update information via the maintenance tablet in real-time Operate mobile service truck and complete repairs in a safe manner at all times Other duties as required to support operations Complete work orders in a timely manner and report relevant issues to Manager Qualifications and Requirements: Journeyman license (Transport Trailer Technician, Heavy Duty Technician or equivalent qualification) Welding, fabricating, electrical, mechanical and reefer experience required Must be able to work independently and engage in a team atmosphere Organized and self-motivated worker with great attention to detail A clean driver’s abstract Ability to lift heavy parts up to 50 lbs on occasion Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, training documents and complete repair procedures in accordance with Ministry of Transportation repair requirements Please Note: Candidates who are 18 years or older are required to complete a criminal background check if selected.
