Responsibilities include: Diagnosing and repairing trailer refrigeration units Performing preventive maintenance on reefer systems Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control system issues Completing telematics repairs and inspections Reading and interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams Performing trailer repairs and maintenance from a fully equipped service truck Utilizing powered industrial equipment to complete repairs Conducting inspections and ensuring equipment meets safety standards Accurately documenting work orders, repairs, and maintenance activities using company technology What We're Looking For Reefer technician experience required Trailer repair experience required Ability to perform DOT inspections EPA 608 Certification required Ability to diagnose and repair refrigeration units using alarm codes Strong understanding of electrical schematics and technical diagrams Welding experience with steel and aluminum is a plus CDL preferred but not required Clean driving record Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to quality workmanship About Fleet Repair Solutions Fleet Repair Solutions is a family-owned company specializing in medium- and heavy-duty fleet maintenance and repair.
