What You’ll Do Diagnose complex issues using advanced tools, scanners, and your technical expertise. Serve as a resource for other technicians—whether mobile or in‑shop. Perform advanced repairs on diesel and gasoline engines, transmissions, electrical systems, aftertreatment, and more. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about repairs and timelines (for mobile calls). Work efficiently to meet deadlines and qualify for monthly/quarterly performance bonuses. Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols. Grow as a technician and as a person within a values‑driven team environment. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of diesel repair experience across light-, medium-, and heavy‑duty fleet vehicles. Strong diagnostic ability using J‑Pro or your preferred scanner. Your own tools ($40,000 MINIMUM); we provide the shop, equipment, software, and support. Gasoline engine experience is a plus. Roadside/mobile repair experience is a plus. Reliable, punctual, detail‑oriented, and committed to high‑quality work. Ability to start at 8:00 AM and work independently with minimal supervision. A strong desire to serve customers well and contribute to a unified team culture. Valid driver’s license; CDL or ASE certifications are a plus (experience may substitute). Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation (currently every third week; will decrease as the team grows).
