Mobile Forklift Technician

Have Knowledge of electric, propane and diesel forklifts Performing PM service and repairs on forklifts Replacing drive motors, controllers, working with hydraulics and more Working with 24v to 72v systems Working closely with management to meet customer expectations Effectively communicate in clear English, including speaking, writing and listening Familiarity with the safe use of basic hand tools and power tools Overhead reaching, bending, squatting, walking, lifting and move loads of up to 75 lbs. Familiarity with mobile phones, device apps, field service software and computers Able to keep detailed records of time, job notes, safety issues and customer concerns on a laptop Creative thinking to solve problems and minimize delays Professional appearance, demeanor, friendly disposition desire to exceed customer expectations Valid driver's license, ability to drive service vehicle and tow trailer to job sites up to 2 hours away Must have at least 1 year in the forklift repair or automotive repair
