Mobile Fleet Service Technician

G&G Fleet Service is hiring a mobile mechanic to maintain and repair commercial fleet vehicles at customer locations throughout Central Florida. You’ll work on Isuzu NPRs, Ford Transit vans, pickup trucks, service vehicles, and spray rigs, including pumps, hoses, reels, and small engines, as needed. We’re looking for someone who can diagnose problems accurately, make dependable repairs in the field, and communicate clearly with customers and our service team. What you’ll do Diagnose and repair engines, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical systems, cooling systems, and other vehicle components. Perform preventive maintenance, including oil changes, inspections, fluid service, filters, belts, batteries, and tires. Troubleshoot drivability issues using scan tools, service information, and hands-on testing. Service fleet equipment and spray rigs, including pumps, hoses, reels, and small engines, as needed. Complete repairs at customer sites while keeping the work area safe and organized. Document findings, repairs, parts used, and recommendations in our service system. Communicate repair status and additional needs promptly so customers know what to expect. Perform DOT inspections when qualified. What we’re looking for Experience repairing light- or medium-duty commercial vehicles. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently from a mobile service vehicle. A valid driver’s license and a driving record suitable for operating a company vehicle. Professional communication, dependable follow-through, and pride in doing the job right. Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
