What you will lead Own day-to-day service operations, from scheduling and workflow management to hitting productivity goals Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of field and shop technicians Drive repair order accuracy and throughput—on-time completion and precise documentation Resolve customer escalations and set expectations with proactive, consistent communication Partner with parts, sales, and operations to deliver fast, efficient service in the field Champion safety and compliance—DOT, OSHA, and company policies—every job, every time Track performance metrics and implement continuous process improvements Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management for service personnel Oversee inventory and ensure tools and equipment are maintained, calibrated, and mission-ready What you bring Background as a Service Manager, Shop Manager, or similar leader in diesel, mechanical, automotive, or fleet service Proven leadership, team-building, and communication strengths Sharp organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset Comfort with service management platforms; Fullbay experience strongly preferred Hands-on understanding of diesel, mechanical, or automotive systems Valid driver's license; must pass pre-employment background and drug screening Preferred extras Proficiency with basic computer systems and productivity tools Experience optimizing technician schedules and workflow with shop software Working knowledge of DOT and OSHA safety regulations Success in a mobile or field service operation Benefits Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Life and Disability Insurance Paid Time Off, Sick Leave, and Holidays Why join Transwest Mobile Make a measurable impact with an elite team and the stability of a company known for safety and reliability.
