Mobile Fleet Service Coordinator
Captive RadiologyWe are hiring a Mobile Fleet Service Coordinator! Our mobile medical imaging trailers are on the road across the country. This could be you!In this full-time role, you’ll support our Service Manager and act as the central point of contact for our growing nationwide fleet. What you’ll do : Take incoming service calls and coordinate maintenance and repairs Schedule preventive maintenance with vendors and subcontractors Build relationships with qualified service providers nationwide Keep service documentation accurate and organized Travel to sites to evaluate access and prep needs, and meet trailers on delivery What we’re looking for: Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel (AutoCAD is a plus) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds Good to know: Service calls can start as early as 6:00 a.m. ET, and deliveries typically happen after 5:00 p.m. Travel is occasional and typically no more than three consecutive days. Training requires 3 to 4 days a week at our North Canton, Ohio home office.
