Duties Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Drive retail sales through effective upselling techniques and personalized recommendations. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization. Maintain a clean and organized sales environment to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and product offerings. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is advantageous. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Experience in product demos or upselling techniques is a plus.
