Mobile Diesel Technician — Nights, 2-2-3 Rotation

LA On Site Fleet Services is hiring two night technicians in Baton Rouge. Afternoon and after-hours road calls on semi trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment along I-10/I-12 — breakdowns, tires, and scheduled fleet PMs on weekends. Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation, noon to midnight. 7 days on out of every 14, never more than three in a row. Every other weekend is a three-day weekend. Pay: Commission-based, paid weekly. $65,000–$130,000 a year depending on what you bill. Guaranteed weekly minimum your first 60 days. You get: Fully stocked company service truck, fuel card, company phone, uniforms. The office handles dispatch, quotes, and invoicing. You need: 3+ years diesel/heavy-duty. Commercial tire experience — roadside changes, repairs, and mounting on steel and aluminum. Comfortable working alone at night. Clean driving record. Air brake and electrical experience a plus; DOT inspector cert a plus. Commercial trucks, trailers, and equipment only. No pickups or cars.
