Mobile Diesel Mechanic Dallas, TX Area | Full-Time $32–$40/hr + Bonus Allegiance Fleet Services is looking for an experienced Mobile Diesel Mechanic who can take a truck from “what's wrong with it” to “back on the road” — no hand-holding required. This position works on the customer site and is end-to-end on all repairs and maintenance. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair class 7/8 trucks (Cummins, Freightliner, Detroit, Volvo, Mack) Handle electrical, brakes, tires, suspension and cooling system repairs Run PMs and DOT inspections Roll out to roadside calls and get drivers back moving Safely, accurately, and efficiently inspect, diagnose, and repair semi-trailers on-site to minimize client downtime Maximize your efficiency through workflow organization, parts management, and execution of repairs Maintain 100% accuracy and timeliness in daily work order documentation Keep your truck fully stocked, organized, and ready to help you serve customers efficiently Educate clients on preventative trailer maintenance, acting as a trusted advisor for their fleet's health Effectively communicate with both the team and client regarding the fleet status Able to work outdoors in all-weather types Rotating emergency calls as required by market What You Bring 5+ years of heavy-duty diesel experience Can diagnose and fix it yourself, start to finish Comfortable with diagnostic software (INSITE, DDDL, ESA) Welding skills Class A CDL is a plus, not a dealbreaker Why Allegiance ✅ $32–$40/hour + performance bonus ✅ Medical, dental, vision ✅ 401(k) + PTO ✅ Tool & boot allowance ✅ Fully stocked take-home service truck If you know your way around an engine bay and want to work for a company that treats you like a professional — apply today.
