Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Bring creative ideas and execution of seasonal drinks and flavors to the table. Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about ingredients, and enhance their overall experience through excellent customer service. Manage multiple orders simultaneously using Toast, ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling standards. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment and ordering as needed. Enforce responsible serving policies by recognizing signs of intoxication and managing guest interactions professionally. Collaborate with team members during events like banquets or catering functions to deliver seamless service in diverse settings. Requirements Current alcohol servers license. Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in cocktail bar, distillery, etc. Familiarity with Toast POS system. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events. Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management. Strong understanding of hospitality principles.
