Mississauga Dispatcher

Responsibilities Assist with dispatch Update Transplus in "real-time" as events occur Ensure all billings and driver info is accurate so loads are invoiced correctly and drivers paid correctly Customer service updates via email or phone so customers are kept informed of any delays and/or issues Arrange empty trailers for drivers (use city driver to recoup) Respond to all emails as required Answer phones as necessary Update drivers of delays or changes to their schedule (and notify customers) Read and respond to drivers messages Verify information when communicating with a driver Coordinate local pick up or delivery when needed to support highway operation Monitoring Fleet to ensure that we provide on-time service to customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: Casual dress On-site parking Work Location: In person
