What You Will Do: Maintain supplier quality certifications and compliance waivers: Update ERP systems with supplier quality management system certification expiration dates. Reflect changes in supplier or part number quality information records. Collaborate with the Global Supplier Quality Compliance team: Prioritize supplier assessments and updates for Mission Systems. Review procedure updates and new releases to create a compliance gap matrix identifying risks and noncompliance. Support site Quality teams: Ensure supplier nonconformances are clearly documented and defined. Assist with monthly metrics, customer presentations, and process improvements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives: Track and analyze process turnbacks, highlighting high-impact items for improvement. Lead or support product skip lot activities to reduce incoming inspection backlogs. Submit escalation requests or workflows for urgent quality needs. What You Will Learn: Gain knowledge of aerospace and U.S. Government Quality Requirements and how to track and maintain ASL compliance across the supply chain. Develop project management skills and learn how to work efficiently and effectively in a remote position within a fast-paced industry. Qualifications You Must Have: Actively pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or Technology and enrolled through the completion of the internship session. Qualifications We Prefer: Experience using Microsoft Office. Understanding of Quality Management Systems and Continuous Improvement. Experience managing projects, schedules, deliverables, or budgets.
