MIS Compliance and Procurement Analyst This role ensures compliance with major funding sources, including WIOA, County-funded programs, and special projects. The Analyst will assist with contracts and compliance efforts, help manage CalJOBs and support procurement and contracts. This position reports to the MIS Manager. Key Responsibilities: Compliance & Oversight – Monitor multiple programs for adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. Contract Management – Assist with administrative tasks of procurement, and contract development. Performance & Data Tracking – Assist and provide tech support on CalJOBs. Process data corrections on CalJOBs. Duties as assigned - Assignments that support the success of the SELACO WDB within the Compliance department and interdepartmental. Qualifications: Strong CalJOBs proficiency Strong Analytical skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Ability to interpret state, local and federal policy Ability to generate and interpret reports Great communication skills Must possess a valid CA driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance. Salary Range: $65,450 - 79,555 with a generous benefits package. Work-from-home opportunities are available.
