Put It to Work. We are looking for reliable, experienced owner-operators for regular package delivery opportunities based out of Pembroke, Ontario. If you're tired of searching for random delivery blocks and want access to more consistent delivery work, we'd like to hear from you. We're looking for operators who show up, know how to organize a route and take their commitments seriously. Owner-Operators From These Areas Are Welcome to Apply Pembroke, Petawawa, Laurentian Valley, Beachburg, Cobden, Westmeath, Forest Lea, Shady Nook, Alice, Stafford, Greenwood, Rankin and Micksburg. Applicants from other surrounding Ontario communities within approximately 35 minutes of the Pembroke station are also welcome to apply. You must be able to report consistently at approximately 8:45 AM. Our Work Deliver standard e-commerce parcels, primarily small and medium packages No oversized packages expected Daily pickup from the Pembroke reporting station Routes assigned by dispatch Approximately 5 - 6 days per week, depending on route availability Additional days may be available during peak periods Route duration may vary, with comparable delivery operations running approximately 6–11 hours depending on assignment Deliver independently while staying in communication with dispatch Delivery application training and onboarding provided Package Volume Larger minivan routes in comparable operations may carry approximately 150–170 parcels per day. For 7-seater SUVs, parcel volume must be matched to available cargo space. Approximately 100–130 parcels may be more practical, depending on package sizes and vehicle configuration. Actual Pembroke route volumes will depend on vehicle suitability, parcel mix and dispatch assignments. Per-package compensation may vary based on the applicable rate schedule, package characteristics and completed deliveries. The exact payment structure and applicable deductions will be explained before starting. Payment Schedule Payments follow a two-week settlement lag. Week 1 work is scheduled for payment on Thursday of Week 3. Week 2 work is scheduled for payment on Thursday of Week 4. Regular weekly Thursday payments continue thereafter. Applicants must be comfortable covering initial operating expenses until the first payment. Your Vehicle and Operating Expenses You must have your own reliable minivan or suitable 7-seater SUV. Vehicles such as the Toyota Sienna, Dodge Grand Caravan, Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Pacifica or similar models are welcome, subject to approval. Your vehicle must be well-maintained. As an independent owner-operator, you are responsible for your own fuel, maintenance, insurance and applicable business expenses. In comparable minivan delivery operations, daily fuel costs have been estimated at $50–$65 , depending on the route and vehicle. Your actual expenses may be higher or lower. What You Need Own reliable minivan or approved 7-seater SUV Valid Ontario driver's licence Acceptable driver abstract Good driving and insurance history Appropriate vehicle registration and commercial-use insurance Legal authorization to work in Canada Smartphone with an active data plan Ability to complete a background check Comfortable loading and delivering parcels throughout the day Ability to use GPS and delivery applications Reliable attendance and punctuality Good communication with dispatch Availability for approximately five days per week Previous package delivery experience is strongly preferred.
