Millwright Mechanic

Sylvite Agri-Services is seeking a skilled Millwright to support operations at our Putnam location. About the Role As a Millwright, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our equipment and facilities. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, safety, and service excellence within our agricultural operations. What You’ll Do Install and assemble equipment such as conveyors, bins, dryers, and augers Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to keep equipment running efficiently Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues to minimize downtime Weld, fabricate, and modify parts as needed Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout protocols Maintain tools, document work, and support team projects as required About You Experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics (robotics experience is an asset) Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safety and continuous improvement Why Choose Sylvite?
