Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Millwork Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into high-quality millwork products, including custom cabinetry, trim, moldings, and other wood components. Your expertise in fabrication, assembly, and materials handling will ensure that each piece meets precise specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate fabrication. Operate power tools, hand tools, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble millwork components with precision. Handle materials safely using warehouse equipment, ensuring proper storage and transportation of raw materials and finished products. Assemble various wood components into finished products, maintaining quality control throughout the process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency on the shop floor. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections of tools and machinery to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing, carpentry, or fabrication environments with a focus on millwork or woodworking projects. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment. Knowledge of construction principles, assembly techniques, and materials used in millwork fabrication. Familiarity with warehouse procedures, safety standards, and inventory management practices. Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project specifications accurately. Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
