Position Summary: Primary Responsibilities Pick, pack, and label orders according to company standards and shipping procedures. Verify outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy with packing lists and purchase orders. Operate shipping software and systems to create labels and track shipments. Load and unload trucks and organize products in the shipping/receiving area. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed. Communicate with carriers and internal departments to resolve shipping issues. Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times. Required Skills & Abilities Previous warehouse or shipping experience is a plus. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly. Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS systems). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Epicor is a plus. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Prolonged periods of standing or walking. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facility. Must be able to quickly traverse manufacturing areas. Must be able to stand, bend, crawl, stretch, lay, and squat in order to unload freight. Must be able to occasionally withstand high and low temperatures if applicable.
