METRC & Order Processing Administrator

Job Overview Fuego Farms is seeking a detail-oriented and organized METRC & Order Processing Administrator to support our daily operations. This position is responsible for processing wholesale orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and preparing the documentation and materials needed for order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computer systems, has strong organizational skills, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process wholesale orders using METRC and LeafLink, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Create METRC manifests, invoices, and delivery packets for outgoing orders. Print product labels and prepare labeled boxes and materials for the fulfillment team. Maintain accurate inventory and package records within METRC. Add new products, strains, and batches to the LeafLink wholesale menu. Create product labels using existing templates, updating batch information, potency results, and other required details. Verify order quantities, product information, and labeling accuracy. Communicate with sales, production, and fulfillment teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. Assist with inventory reconciliation, recordkeeping, and process improvements. Qualifications & Experience Experience with METRC and LeafLink is preferred but not required. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in order processing, inventory management, or cannabis operations is a plus. Must meet Colorado MED employment requirements and be eligible to obtain or maintain the appropriate MED Employee License.
