A sit-down or side-loader forklift hums as you maneuver steel with precision. You break down bulk bundles into customer-specific quantities, carefully package to spec, and verify everything in SAP before the shipment moves to the dock. What You’ll Tackle Each Night Pick and stage material to fulfill orders with speed and accuracy Break down large bundles into customer-ready packs Package material per customer requirements and quality standards Operate sit-down or side-loader forklifts and work with an overhead crane to move heavy loads Confirm shipping/receiving and work orders in SAP and complete all required paperwork Drive productivity and throughput for finished goods Adapt to evolving priorities; duties and responsibilities may change at any time Schedule 3rd shift, Monday–Friday, 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. What You Bring Ability to pass a skills-based assessment covering reading, math, inspection/measurement, attention to detail, and problem solving 2+ years of related warehouse/material handling experience preferred Consistent, reliable attendance Solid basic math and computer comfort (SAP experience a plus) Capability to meet physical requirements (vision, hearing, mobility) and pass a related exam Forklift license/certification and overhead crane operation experience Background in warehouse operations, material handling, and heavy material movement Compensation $22.92 – $26.12 per hour Benefits for Eligible Employees Medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible spending accounts 401(k) with employer match Tuition reimbursement Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Short- and long-term disability insurance Telehealth access and wellness programs Career Growth Successful candidates are enrolled in a registered apprenticeship program as part of onboarding and new-hire training, giving you a structured pathway to build skills and advance.
