Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using sales trends, seasonality and other business inputs.
• Monitor inventory and performance metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and share recommendations with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with teams across the business to support product launches, replenishment and inventory decisions.
• Help improve forecasting tools, reporting and planning processes over time.
Qualifications
• We’re looking for someone with 4–7+ years of experience in demand planning, merchandise planning, inventory planning or a related field, ideally within apparel or consumer products.
• Strong Excel, analytical and communication skills are important, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams.
• Experience with planning systems, ERP or business intelligence tools is a plus.
