Merchandiser

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our retail team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind creating attractive product displays, ensuring optimal stock levels, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers. Your expertise in visual design, store management, and merchandising strategies will help elevate our brand presence and boost sales. Paid training and development programs are provided to support your growth and success. Responsibilities Develop and implement compelling visual merchandising plans, including planogram execution and store layout remodeling to maximize product visibility and sales. Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, inventory control, and stock rotation to ensure product availability and freshness. Utilize mobile devices for photos and inventory tracking. Maintain a clean, organized store environment by adhering to branding guidelines, cleaning protocols, and safety standards such as wet floor signs, spill procedures and manual handling procedures. Communicate effectively with Supervisor, team members, and clients to coordinate visual displays, promotional activities, and store events that drive retail sales. Complete service within the required 1 1/2 hour time allowed per store. starting at 7AM -12:00 PM or until completed, not to exceed service timeframes per store. Requirements Proven experience in retail or merchandising environments with leadership possibilities. Multilingual skills are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases. Able to communicate with store management, follow planogram implementation, and inventory management tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. Outstanding communication skills for client interaction, Supervisor and team interaction Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to pricing, sales tracking, and inventory control.
