From our own workshops to trusted partners around the globe, we design and curate products makers reach for every day: the fabrics, threads, yarns, and tools that turn ideas into finished pieces. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Merchandise Processor to join our Fulfillment/Shipping team. In this role, you'll process and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining our quality standards. You'll follow established procedures, catch and raise issues before orders leave the building, and help the team keep pace with daily shipping volume. What You'll Do Pick customer orders accurately using our current manual picking process Process, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently Check items and order details carefully to prevent picking and shipping errors Follow established picking, packing, and shipping procedures Identify and report discrepancies, damaged products, or order issues Maintain an organized work area and a steady pace to meet daily fulfillment needs Work safely and collaboratively to support timely order shipments What You'll Bring Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders Ability to follow picking, packing, and shipping procedures consistently Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Comfort with a manual picking process; RF scanners are not currently used Ability to walk and stand for most of an 8-hour shift Reliable attendance and punctuality Previous warehouse, fulfillment, picking, or shipping experience is a plus You'll Thrive Here If You take pride in getting customer orders right You're dependable and ready to contribute at the start of each shift You enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout the day You stay focused and organized while working at a steady pace You notice mistakes and speak up before they affect an order You enjoy working with a team to get orders out accurately and on time Additional Information On-site.
