Job Description
The Merchandise Processor plays a crucial role in our Distribution Center, ensuring that inventory is accurately picked, packed, and shipped to customers and stores. Adhering to our department's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
1st Shift AM Hours:
• 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday
• Overtime opportunities on Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday.
Base Pay:
• $17.00 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities:
• Accurately count, pick, and pack inventory according to SOPs.
• Utilize basic math skills to verify and adjust quantities, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
• Effectively operate a computer/tablet, RF scanner, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and/or manual tracking systems to manage inventory flow.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Lift cases, cartons, and inventory as needed throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work in various areas of the Distribution Center when required.
Minimum Salary: $17.00
Your actual salary will be based on several factors, including skills, experience, and geographic location.
Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift with breaks.
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented attitude.
