Duties Include
• Load/unload cartons, separate orders onto pallets, stage cartons, operate radio-frequency scanners and/or voice recognition equipment, locate merchandise, and put cartons onto the unpacking line
• Unpack merchandise from cartons and separate by color, size, and style
• Count, record, and verify quantities of merchandise for orders
• Ticket merchandise
• Distribute merchandise and fill orders
• Make boxes
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Aspects Include:
• Continuous Frequent Occasional Lift up to 10 lbs. including overhead Lift 11 to 35 lbs. to shoulder height Lift 36 to 50 lbs. to shoulder height Carry 1-10 lbs. up to 25 ft. Carry 11-15 lbs. up to 25 ft. Carry up to 16-50 lbs. up to 25 ft. Grip up to 15 lbs. Grip 16 to 35 lbs. Push/Pull up to 14 lbs. Push/Pull up to 20 lbs. Push / Pull up to 20 lbs. Pinch up to 5 lbs. Overhead reaching Bending / Stooping / Reaching Standing / Walking Stair climbing and working at platform heights

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified. Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position. No formal education requirement.
Experience Requirements Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance. Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required. Must be able to use basic warehouse equipment and technology, including RF scanners.
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment. Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Merchandise Processor.
