Lead Assortment Planner (Contract - 12 Months) 📍 Location: Nike WHQ (Mon-Thu Onsite, Fri WFH) 📅 Duration: 12-Month Contract About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Lead Assortment Planner to join a dynamic retail planning team. This role will be responsible for driving assortment and merchandise planning strategies, partnering closely with Merchandising, Sales Planning, Marketplace, and Nike Direct Planning teams to deliver business growth and consumer-focused assortment decisions. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage assortment and merchandise plans aligned with business objectives. Analyze sales, inventory, and marketplace performance to identify opportunities and risks. Create forecasts and planning recommendations using retail metrics and data insights. Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales Planning, Marketplace, and Direct Planning teams. Support seasonal planning, in-season business management, and post-season performance reviews. Present recommendations and influence key business decisions through data-driven insights. Drive planning excellence while balancing consumer demand, inventory productivity, and financial goals.
