Merch Fulfillment Specialist

Job Overview We’re a fast-growing music merchandise and apparel company supporting artists, tours, and e-commerce drops. As a Merch Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll play a key role in getting products into the hands of fans—accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in organization and accuracy. You’ll be part of the team responsible for picking, packing, and shipping merch that represents artists and brands. Job Description The Merch Fulfillment Specialist supports daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping. You’ll work closely with the operations team to ensure all orders are processed quickly and correctly, especially during high-volume product drops and tour cycles. This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to stay organized under pressure. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy Prepare and organize merchandise for daily fulfillment and large drops Receive, count, and store incoming inventory Maintain accurate inventory levels and report discrepancies Label, sort, and stage outgoing shipments Keep warehouse clean, organized, and efficient Assist with bulk orders, tour shipments, and special projects Follow safety procedures and proper handling guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and weekly goals Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Capable of lifting 50–75 pounds regularly Reliable, punctual, and consistent Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Basic computer skills (shipping software, inventory systems a plus) Team-oriented with a positive attitude Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce experience preferred (but not required) Resume: Please include your birthday and sex (male/female) Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Paid time off Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
