MEP Design & Digital Delivery Specialist

Job Summary Crystal Fountains is seeking a hands-on MEP Design & Digital Delivery Specialist to support the delivery of complex international water feature projects. This role is heavily focused on Revit and AutoCAD production , technical coordination, equipment room development, piping layouts, and multidisciplinary project support. Working closely with Design Engineers, Project Managers, and Technical Specialists, the successful candidate will transform engineering concepts into coordinated, buildable, and maintainable project documentation. The position places significant emphasis on MEP systems, piping, equipment room layouts, constructability, project delivery, and multidisciplinary coordination . As Crystal Fountains continues to evolve its digital design environment, this role will also contribute to future initiatives involving VDC, BIM, Rhino, and design automation workflows. Key Responsibilities Revit & AutoCAD Production Develop and maintain detailed 3D Revit models for water feature systems and supporting infrastructure. Produce high-quality AutoCAD construction documentation and detailing packages. Create plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and technical details. Support global project delivery through accurate and timely production of design documentation. Maintain drawing quality, consistency, and project standards. MEP & System Coordination Coordinate mechanical, plumbing, architectural, structural, electrical, and specialty systems. Assist with piping routing, equipment placement, and equipment room layouts. Evaluate maintenance access, serviceability, clearance requirements, and constructability. Identify and resolve clashes, design conflicts, and coordination issues. Support hydraulic and mechanical system layouts developed by the Design Engineering team. Project Delivery Support Work closely with Design Engineers to translate design intent into buildable deliverables. Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings. Support fabrication, procurement, and construction teams with coordinated project documentation. Assist in solving field and constructability issues during project execution. Contribute to project schedules and deliverable milestones. Digital Delivery & Continuous Improvement Maintain Revit families, project templates, and standards. Support model-based project delivery workflows. Assist with VDC and BIM coordination initiatives. Participate in workflow improvement and digital process development. Contribute to future Rhino, Dynamo, automation, and model-driven design initiatives. Required Qualifications Mandatory Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit . Strong proficiency in AutoCAD . Experience producing construction and technical documentation. Strong understanding of MEP systems . Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design projects. Strong understanding of constructability and buildability principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within engineering, design, fabrication, and construction environments. Preferred MEP design experience. Plumbing, piping, or fire protection system experience. Equipment room design and coordination experience. VDC workflows and model coordination. Navisworks. BIM coordination experience. Rhino. Dynamo. Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
