MedSpa Sales & Operations Manager
Pure Wellness Medical SpaWe are seeking an experienced manager to lead our team, grow revenue, and take ownership of daily operations. This person will play a direct role in converting inquiries and consultations into booked treatments, packages, and memberships. They will work closely with our clinical lead to create a smooth client experience from consultation through treatment and follow-up. What we’re looking for 1. Relevant management experience You have 3+ years of management experience in a medspa, plastic surgery practice, aesthetic dermatology practice, or a closely related cash-pay medical aesthetics business. You know how to lead client-facing staff, manage appointment flow, and maintain a high standard of care and service. 2. Proven ability to close sales and run the business You’re confident discussing services and pricing, handling objections, following up, and asking for the booking or sale. You can personally convert qualified leads and consultations while improving the team’s sales performance. You use revenue, conversion, retention, and scheduling data to guide decisions. 3. Team leadership and clinical partnership You set clear expectations, coach staff directly, and hold them accountable. You work as a close partner to the clinical lead: together, you coordinate schedules, consultation handoffs, treatment capacity, client follow-up, and the introduction of new services. The clinical lead retains responsibility for clinical assessments, treatment recommendations, and medical decisions. What you’ll do Own the sales process from inquiry through consultation follow-up, booking, and payment; personally help close opportunities that need experienced attention. Partner with the clinical lead to turn appropriate treatment recommendations into clear plans clients understand and can book. Coach the team on discussing services, packages, memberships, pricing, and next steps with confidence and care. Lead daily operations, including schedules, appointment flow, provider coordination, resolution of client concerns .inventory management, ordering and ensuring the staff have all supplies needed to efficiently serve our clients. Set and track goals for collected revenue, service sales, consultation conversion, rebooking, memberships, referrals, and retention. Mentor staff and hold them accountable for meeting goals. Work with our social media vendor to plan and manage content. Develop campaign ideas, capture or coordinate photos and videos, help create posts and promotional content, review drafts for accuracy and brand fit, and keep the content calendar moving. Track inquiries and bookings generated by campaigns. Ensure Boulevard records and reports accurately reflect appointments, packages, memberships, payments, and client follow-up. Lead regular team check-ins and work with owner on performance, obstacles, and actions. Turn events, promotions, and local partnerships into measurable appointments and sales. Qualifications 3+ years managing a medspa or closely related medical aesthetics practice. Demonstrated success personally closing consultations or high-value service sales. Experience hiring, training, and coaching client-facing staff. Experience creating or coordinating social media content and working with an outside marketing vendor. Strong command of scheduling, practice software, sales tracking, and daily operations. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred, but not required. Compensation: Base salary plus performance bonus, based on experience.
