Responsibilities
• Receive, verify, and store incoming medical supplies and equipment according to regulatory and company standards.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and proper documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock rotation, and system updates in WMS/ERP tools.
• Follow cold chain and special handling requirements for sensitive medical products.
• Inspect products for damage, expiration, and compliance before storage or shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe manner.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and customer teams to resolve order or inventory issues quickly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment following OSHA and safety guidelines.
