You will lead our in-spa nursing team, uphold rigorous safety standards, and serve as a trusted expert and ambassador for our brand in the local community. Key Responsibilities Spa Leadership & Tailored Client Care Personalized Wellness Support: Conduct comprehensive health assessments, actively listening to each client's unique health goals to recommend tailored treatment plans in alignment with Medical Director guidelines. Clinical Excellence & Detail: Execute safe, seamless IV therapies, intramuscular injections, and specialized wellness protocols with meticulous attention to detail, sanitary protocols, and client comfort. Expert Knowledge Sharing: Serve as an approachable, knowledgeable resource for clients on the physiological benefits of IV micronutrient therapy, vitamins, peptides, and custom wellness formulations. Superior Vascular Access: Maintain expert-level IV insertion standards, providing gentle, precise care that puts even nervous clients completely at ease. Team Supervision & Daily Operations Supportive Mentorship: Mentor, train, and oversee our nursing and medical assistant staff, fostering a warm, collaborative, and encouraging team culture. Calm & Seamless Workflow: Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring high standards for patient safety, client retention, and a smooth, relaxing spa environment. Client Engagement: Address client inquiries and feedback with warmth, empathy, and solution-oriented professionalism. Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Oversee medical supply inventory, monitor stock levels of IV fluids, vitamins, and medical consumables, manage vendor relationships, and handle ordering to ensure seamless daily operations with zero downtime. Brand & Community Engagement Wellness Ambassador: Act as a passionate spokesperson for Prime IV, helping educate the local Southwest Florida community on proactive health, hydration, and preventative wellness solutions. Community Outreach: Participate in local wellness events, educational workshops, and selective outreach to highlight our clinical expertise and premium service offerings. Growth Support: Support spa growth by building strong, lasting relationships with members and guiding them toward complementary products and wellness services. Qualifications & Experience Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida (Required) . Vascular Expertise: Proven mastery in peripheral IV insertion and vascular access techniques (Required) . Active BLS/CPR Certification (Required) Wellness & Micronutrient Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of IV therapy, vitamins, minerals, peptides, and complementary wellness treatments with the ability to explain complex physiological benefits in an accessible, reassuring way. (Highly Desirable ) Personality & Demeanor: Exceptionally warm, personable, and friendly, with a genuine passion for human connection and personalized client care. Precision: Meticulous attention to detail in clinical documentation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
