Medical Gas Delivery Driver - Hazmat

Job Responsibilities: This position offers drivers a local route of existing and regular customers. If you enjoy customer service, relatively controllable hours and overtime, independence of running your route autonomously and with support as needed. The position is Full Time, Monday-Friday, with some start time flexibility estimate about 6:30a – 4:00p per day. The driver is the primary face of the company to our customers and must present a professional appearance & attitude. Health benefits (up to 80% employee coverage) & 401(k) are offered (not matched at this time) Follow all DOT rules & regulations (pre & post trip inspections, driver logs, etc) Review daily route & determine load requirements Load & secure truck Determine most efficient route to each customer Safely transport product to customers Deliver & install cylinders as requested at each location Write invoices, paying attention to detail Answer customer questions Delivery Driver Qualifications / Skills: Current Commercial Driver License (Class C preferred) with Hazmat Endorsement - Willing to train if needed Current Medical & TSA clearance Ability to read & follow maps / GPS systems Excellent attention to detail Ability to lift 20+ lbs. regularly, 130+ lbs. occasionally, 200+ lbs. rarely (less than 1x per day) Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Ability to pass DOT-required random drug & alcohol screening Reliability and strong worth ethic Strong communication skills Clean Driving Record Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Sacramento, CA 95834 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Sacramento, CA 95834: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
