Medical Dispatcher

Pacific Mobile Diagnostics (PMD) is seeking a full-time Dispatcher for our San Juan Capistrano dispatch office. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day. As a Dispatcher, you will work closely with our Mobile Radiologic and Ultrasound Technologists to coordinate patient exams and help ensure prompt, accurate, and quality service for senior communities throughout California. No previous mobile radiology dispatch experience is required. Thorough training will be provided on our dispatch processes and systems. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch Mobile Radiologic and Ultrasound Technologists Communicate with technologists, facilities, and internal team members Monitor incoming patient exam requests and changing priorities Help ensure exams are completed accurately and in a timely manner Update and maintain information within PMD's dispatch systems Troubleshoot scheduling and routing issues as they arise Provide professional and courteous service to our customers and care partners What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Interest in learning, growing, and taking on additional responsibility Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time Work Location: In person, San Juan Capistrano, CA Pacific Mobile Diagnostics is an equal opportunity employer.
