Medical Device Operations & Logistics Coordinator Arc Surgical — Culver City, CA Pay: $24–$30 per hour Hours: 25–40 hours per week Location: On-site at 5601 W Slauson Ave, Suite 115, Culver City, CA 90230 Schedule: Preferred start time of 7 a.m. Experience: Entry-level applicants welcome Help keep surgical support running smoothly Arc Surgical is a Southern California medical device distributor supporting spine surgeons and surgical teams. We’re looking for an organized, dependable person to help coordinate inventory, shipping, surgical instrument sets, and daily operations. Your work will help our field team have the right equipment in the right place when it’s needed. This is a hands-on operations role with opportunities to learn the medical device industry. What you’ll do: Receive and check incoming shipments against packing lists. Organize and track surgical instrument sets, implants, and supplies. Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate pickups, deliveries, and returns. Update inventory records and equipment locations accurately. Communicate with sales representatives and vendor contacts about equipment needs and timing. Flag missing items, discrepancies, and delays promptly. Keep storage and work areas organized. Support routine documentation, data entry, and office operations. What we’re looking for: Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Dependability, punctuality, and clear communication. Ability to prioritize tasks when schedules change. Comfort using email, spreadsheets, and learning new software. Willingness to ask questions and flag problems early. Availability to work on-site, 25–40 hours weekly, preferably starting at 7 a.m. Medical device experience is not required. Experience in shipping, inventory, customer service, office support, or other detail-focused work is helpful. We also welcome applicants who can demonstrate these skills through school, volunteer work, or other experience.
