About the Role: Formula Health in Lexington, KY is looking for a reliable and professional Medical Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This is a meaningful opportunity to play a vital role in patient care by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medical supplies and medications to those who need them most across Central, Eastern, and Southern Kentucky (the Bluegrass and South Central, South East, North East, and North Central areas) , better known as the Bluegrass Region and Eastern Coal Fields Regions of the Commonwealth . Responsibilities: Safely transport and deliver medical supplies, medications, or equipment to patients, clinics, and facilities throughout the specified regions of the Commonwealth. Verify delivery accuracy by checking orders against manifests and obtaining required signatures. Handle medical packages with care. Maintain a clean, organized vehicle at all times . Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff upon delivery. Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain strict patient confidentiality. Log delivery records accurately and report any issues or discrepancies to the Communications Office or the Manager on Duty (MOD). Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow delivery protocols. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and carry packages up to 30 lbs.
