Medical Courier & Inventory Coordinator

Axis HealthCare is seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and responsible Medical Courier & Inventory Coordinator to join our team! We are a Christian-based company committed to providing excellent patient care and creating a positive, supportive work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up medical lab samples from our clinic locations, transporting deposits, and assisting with inventory management, ordering, and delivering medical and office supplies to our clinics. This is an independent position that requires someone who is punctual, organized, dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while working a consistent route. Responsibilities Drive a company vehicle to pick up medical lab samples from our clinic locations in Bixby, Inola, Pryor, Bartlesville, and Sapulpa Begin each shift at our Administration Office in Bixby before traveling to our outlying clinics Pick up and safely transport all medical samples from each location Have access to facility keys and ensure each clinic is properly closed, secured, and locked when leaving Deliver cash deposits to the Administration Office Assist with managing and monitoring inventory levels at assigned clinic locations Order medical and office supplies as needed to ensure clinics remain properly stocked Organize, transport, and deliver supplies to clinic locations in a timely manner Communicate with clinic staff regarding inventory needs, supply shortages, and deliveries Maintain accurate records of inventory orders, supplies, and deliveries Maintain safe driving practices and follow all posted speed limits Communicate professionally with clinic staff and promptly complete scheduled pickups Be willing to work later when necessary as additional clinic locations are added Requirements Valid driver's license Clean/good driving record Reliable, punctual, and highly organized Trustworthy and responsible Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities Basic computer skills and ability to track inventory and place supply orders Ability to safely lift, carry, and transport supply boxes Previous inventory management or ordering experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to complete a background check Willingness to complete a drug screen Must comply with company drug and alcohol policies and all applicable safety requirements for operating a company vehicle Must be available for the full required schedule Join Our Team!
