As an Independent Contractor, you are managing your own delivery business. To match the different experience, financial, and commitment levels of our applicants, we offer three distinct onboarding tracks for joining our roster: OPTION A: Pre-Certified Experienced Courier Track Track Profile: Designed strictly for active or veteran medical couriers who already possess valid, current certifications in HIPAA Compliance and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens, alongside a verified 10-panel drug screen and a clean DMV driving record. Drivers on this track must also already own an OSHA-compliant, hard-sided, triple-insulated specimen transport cooler. Accelerated Evaluation Period: Because you are fully equipped and certified, your business probationary timeline is reduced to an accelerated 45 days. Performance-Based Route Choice: Following the successful completion of your 45-day probation period, top-performing drivers on this track receive immediate first-choice access to our most consistent, high-volume daily loops and contract routes. Condensed Probationary Timeline: To reward the self-starting contractors who make this upfront investment in their own business readiness, your evaluation period is reduced by half—from 90 days down to 60 days—allowing you to secure permanent contract status and your company-branded uniform early.
