What You’ll Do:
• Safely and punctually transport medical specimens, lab samples, pharmaceuticals, and medical supplies along scheduled and on-demand routes.
• Follow strict chain-of-custody, HIPAA, and temperature-control protocols using our mobile route app.
• Provide courteous, professional service when interacting with clinic, lab, and hospital staff.
• Adapt to dynamic daily schedules, including on-call dispatches and unscheduled route adjustments.
What You Need to Qualify (Mandatory Requirements):
• Reliable, Fuel-Efficient Personal Vehicle: You must drive your own dependable sedan, hatchback, compact SUV, or hybrid with valid registration and personal auto insurance.
• Schedule Flexibility: Must be comfortable with a dynamic schedule that includes on-call components, unscheduled route adjustments, and weekend or evening coverage alongside full-time/overtime hours.
• Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s license and a clean 3-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations, DUIs, or at-fault accidents.
• Physical & Tech Readiness: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, pass a background/drug screen, and use a smartphone for route navigation and scanning.
