Medical Courier Driver (W-2 Dedicated Fleet)

Position Overview: Sentinel Health Logistics, LLC (SHL) is a premier, service-disabled veteran-owned medical logistics enterprise. We are seeking a highly disciplined, detail-oriented Professional Driver to manage critical medical specimen routes, cold-chain transport, and laboratory loops. This is a secure W-2 position utilizing a company-provided commercial vehicle and state-of-the-art logistics tracking technology. Core Responsibilities: Execute daily multi-stop routing schedules with absolute punctuality and professional presentation. Maintain strict compliance with SOP-OPS-001 (Universal Route Operations) and ECP-SOP-002 (Exposure Control Plan). Manage medical cold-chain integrity using vehicle-anchored thermal barriers and digital data loggers. Utilize mobile routing software (Onfleet) with meticulous attention to biometric device security and real-time delivery tracking. Perform comprehensive pre-trip safety evaluations and enforce strict zero-tolerance vehicle lockdown protocols at all delivery drop points. Required Qualifications: Must possess a clean, flawless driving record (MVR background check required). Prior experience in medical logistics, courier services, or military transport operations is highly preferred. Willingness to complete mandatory OSHA 10-Hour Onboarding Training , Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) certification , and HIPAA compliance training (provided by the company). Must pass a rigorous practical road evaluation tracking defensive driving and space management metrics. High level of physical accountability; capable of executing strict payload count-verification protocols without shortcuts.
